I had a great stay! The location is super convenient with a metro station right outside, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were lovely and really made me feel welcome. Plus, the cleanliness was impressive; you could tell they put in the effort to keep everything tidy!
it was annoying not to have a towel readily available without a deposit. it’s a solid spot for a short budget trip but be ready for a few minor inconveniences!

I had a decent stay with good value for my money, especially for a budget option. The location was perfect, right near the subway, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Menu for breakfast could use some fresh fruit options.

The location is unbeatable, just steps from the metro and close to attractions like Parque del Retiro and the Prado Museum. The staff were friendly, and the place was very clean. the bed was noisy, and one towel had an inconvenient deposit. For short stays, it’s decent, but I won’t return due to the bed discomfort.
